INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. For every 8 glasses of water, use 1 tablespoon of GOLDEN8 HEALTH TEA.
2. Boil water in an enamel, porcelain, clay, or stainless steel pots, and avoid using new aluminum pot.
3. When the water boils, pour GOLDEN8 HEALTH TEA, and let it boil for 10 minutes more.
4. Remove the pot from the fire, and pass 30 minutes before drinking.
5. You may drink GOLDEN8 HEALTH TEA while hot, lukewarm, or cold. You may also mix honey, lemon, or brown sugar.
