Alcohol: 14 % by vol
Vinification: Ferments in stainless steel vats with automatic reassembling , and controled temperature, following a prolonged pelicular maceration. Aged in French and American oak barrels during 4 months.
How to drink: Recommended drinking temperature: 16ºC.
Goes well with all grilled meet dishes game and cured sheep cheese dishes.
Tasting note: Presents an intense garnet color, an aroma of ripe barries, jam, complexed with notes of wood. The soft flavor, with good structure and velvety tannins, ends with a prolonged aftertaste with hints of vanilla, Coffee and a few notes of chocolate.
