Our company is producer of thyme honey, which we export worldwide.
In order to obtain the highest quality of our products, our company has obtained ISO 22000 2005 & HACCP Certifications, meeting all requirements and standardization and is in total compliance with the international food regulations.
Our PURE HONEY of excellent quality and taste is harvested by hand using traditional methods, from late spring until late autumn. It is extracted cold and is unfiltered to ensure the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain. Free of Preservatives or chemical additives, in various packaging. It is enriched with thyme, as well as with wild herbs that grow in the mountain of Kefallonia - Greece.
