Golden redfish is caught by Brim's freezer trawlers all year round, mostly off the western and southern coastlines of Iceland. The redfish is caught, headed, gutted, size graded, treated with anti-oxidants and then frozen at sea within six hours of catching. Available products are: W/R, H&G and heads.
