In beef we deal in young bull meat. The meat is in the form of four cuts of whole carcass (two leg and two shoulder) packaged in cotton cloth with the name of the client and expiry date tag attached on it.
In mutton we deal in meat of goat and lamb in the weight range of 8Kg to 12 Kg per carcass. Whole carcass is packaged in the cotton cloth and is exported to the clients location.
