Wuyi Rock Tea Rou Gui Cinnamon Oolong Tea, original name “Jade Cinnamon”, is one of famous classic Wuyi Rock Oolong Teas. It is known for its rich flavors like Cinnamon, and tea liquor is bright orange broth, and the thick and mellow and fresh taste with Cinnamon flavor. It is the latest tea to be added to “Wuyi Famous Five Rock Oolong Tea. The tea grows in central part of the Wuyi Mountain, which is know for its mineral rich soil. The tea leaves are picked with special care by only choosing the best leaves, and the quality is very high.

Brewing
We recommend using Chinese Yixing (purple clay) or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot half-full with tea leaves, or 2 grams of tea leaves for every 150ml of water if you are not using Yixing teapot. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
