STANDART OPERATING PROCEDURE
We started our business by planting and local trade of Vanilla beans since 2005. We then expanded our business range by establish a company PT. Sumatra Herbal Alami to export our Vanilla beans directly to US, European Community and some Asian market.
We believe the heart of our business depends on agricultural production. Therefore, we always provide education and training programs to our vanilla farmers community spread over 4 major islands in Indonesia (Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi and Irian Jaya) in order to achieve the quality needed by our importers.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 2-7 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 10-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can provide some free sample, but the shipping cost should be on the customers’ account. You can either pay us the shipping cost or arrange a courier to collect the samples.
Q: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: By sending you our available samples.Or if you have special requirement on the goods, we can prepare samples according to your requirement and send to you for your confirmation.
Q: What’s the MOQ?
A: MOQ starts from 1kg.
Q: Is there any discount?
A: Yes, for larger quantity, we always support with better price.
Q: How do you treat quality complaint?
A.All our products are strictly tested by our QC, and confirmed by QA; unqualified material will not be released to customer. In case any quality problem is confirmed to be caused by us, we will replace the goods or refund your payment immediately.
Q: How to place order and make payment?
A: You can send our your Purchase order(if your company has), or just send a simple confirmation by email or by TradeManager, and we will send you Proforma Invoice with our bank details for your confirmation., then you can make payment accordingly.
