The plant is state-of-the-art, with European designed machinery, supplied primarily from Germany. The production flow process is organized into a single Production Line right from raw material arrival and inspection, to storage, material preparation, mixing, forming / filling, cooking / smoking, freezing, packing, final product inspection and distribution.

The plant is producing a wide range of frozen items (Sausages, Burgers, Meat balls, Kebab, Minced meat, Breaded items, Samosa, Fatayer), cooked items (Mortadella, Ham) and Canned Food items (Luncheon, Sausages, Soup, Minced Meat etc).

Made from Chicken, Beef, Mutton, Lamp and Turkey.

We are also specialized in products where we offer Sausage, Burgers and Mortadella.

The factory is designed to produce and pack large volumes as 250.000 hamburgers, 400.000 Sausages, 15.000 kg Cooked items and up to 30.000 CANs per day.

Production is undertaken in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of HALAL food production and assures you only products and ingredients supplied by certified HALAL meat suppliers. Our suppliers are certified by the UAE Government and will be monitored and controlled by the relevant authorities.

We ensure that our employees conform to high hygienic standards, for you to have clean products.

The Operations area is as clean and sterile as an Operating theatre.

To ensure high quality, healthy, tasty products, we buy raw materials and ingredients only from well-known and established suppliers, carefully handpicked from Europe, America and Asia. Further, the supplied raw materials and ingredients are tested by our lab.

"Private labeling" for Supermarket chains, Wholesalers, and other interested customers is a feature of Gulf Meat Products FZC. Products can be customized to meet specific requirements in taste, packaging and branding.

Our first Brand production is Meat King. These products use GS-1 Barcodes. They are distributed across the GCC as well as exported.
