Our Vine leaves are from vines producing green grapes without seeds. These leaves have a smooth and silky touch and a clear green color. Only the soft leaves are preserved, and the rough ones are removed as they contain many filaments.. Following this operation, the good leaves are cooked then gathered in small pack of 250 grs. Each small pack is composed of overlapped leaves covered by a transparent adhesive paper strip as a protection against any cold direct choc that may occur at the freezing time. After this phase, the packs are packed in covered trays.
