Detailed introduction to Grapevine Edible Snail (Helix Pomatia):
Our company would like to offer you fresh cooled (not frozen) edible snails directly from the vineyards of the Crimea and Odessa region (well known on world markets are the products of wine-makers).
During the season of 2008 year (early April to late July) we are planning to gather over 150.000 kg of this product. Really short delivery time will save all the essential edibility characteristics.
Packing - wooden boxes or cartons. Price - 7 EUR per kg (f.o.b. port of loading)
Helix pomatia is the one of the best known edible snails. In addition to the excellent taste of the snails, they have many nutrients and are very rich in calcium and also contain Vitamin B1 and E. They also supply various kinds of essential amino acids. Also, they are low in calories and fat.
