Domenis' Grappa is obtained by distilling grape marcs coming from famous areas having a deep-rooted wine-making tradition in the Colli orientali del Friuli and Collio. The Grape brandy is obtained with Grapes that undergo a slow and shrewd distilling procedure. Grappa and Grape Brandy differ in the young and aged STORICA(a perfect blend between high alcoholic volume, aromas, fragrances, organoleptic harmony) and the young and aged TRADITIONAL GRAPPA.
