This new frozen appetizer is based upon a successful concept served in a NY restaurant for many years --the traditional Eastern style dumpling stuffed with Western-style flavors. We developed the branding, packaging, commercial recipe and found a qualified USDA copacker. The product was launched at a major trade show, and is currently going into distribution through major distributors and retailers nationwide through our network of food brokers.
