Vinification : Classic white vinification
Characteristically : white-yellow with green-yellow shading and intense variety perfume of flowers and Citrus fruits in the nose and in the mouth, with sovereign the white rose and the flowers orange. Fresh wine , full and balanced with on flavor that lasts.
Harmony of Flavors : Are served in the 10-12 °C. Salads, appetizers, dishes of seafoods and fishes, as fish koutsomoura roasted and mussels pilaf , dishes of meats as cosset oil and oregano mixture, salted, piglet, but also dishes of fruits. Few cheeses with softly with greasy , as ‘’katiki’’ from town Domokos. Flexible, it suits almost with all flavors.
