ORGANOLEPTIC DESCRIPTION:
The colour of the trogreen is cream. It has a smooth uniform appearance and a fine feel. The flavour is neutral.

PROCESSING:
Produced by peeling green bananas pulping, drum drying without any carriers or additives, and milling.

APPLICATIONS:
Confoco® Green Banana Flour is suitable as a gluten free flour to replace wheat flour for those with gluten allergies. It may be used as a neutral flavor carrier and as a thickener in liquid formulations and dry mixes. It is high in potassium and has good gelling characteristics

SHELF LIFE AND STORAGE:
Eighteen months, when stored at the recommended temperature (15-27°C / 59-80°F) in sealed original packaging.
