green olives are hand picked. They are green because they are picked on the tree before they're completely ripened. Green olives are firmer than the black olives. We have 3 types of green olives and also we produce sliced, pitted and stuffed green olives too.They are packed in water, salt, olive oil and preservatives. Refrigerate after opening.
