Chemical composition: TEA POLYPHENOLS are composed by more than 30 component, it has 4 taypes as their chemical construction: catechin, flavone, flavonol, anthocyania, phenolic acid, and catechin is most high and accounts for 60% --80% of the total amount.

Catechin is composed by free catechin ( D, L-C, EGC ) and ester type catechin ( EGCG, GCG, ECG ).

This extract prevents cardio-vascular disease, lowers the risk of cancer, and decreases blood sugar and blood pressure, as well as viruses. In the food industry, the anti-oxidation agent used for preserving food and cooking oils.
