Greenland halibut (Reinhardtius Hippoglossides) Belongs to the pleuronectidae family. It is a deep water species caught at depths of 200-1600m. Found in the cold arctic waters and deep bays off the coast of Newfoundland, Baffin Island and the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
