Deliver: Ready deep frozen.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 180ºC, no thawed, just remove the carton and the film. Place the grilled chicken in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes.
Microwave: Without thawing, remove the carton and the film. Heat the grilled chicken aproximately 10 minutes, at full power.
