Miski ground paprika is made from clean, dried and ground ripe fruit of the Capsicum Annuum L. The paprika fruits go through a cleaning process before being dried and ground to obtain our ground paprika. The product is manufactured, packaged, stored and transported within GMP and sanitation requirements according to current manufacturing standards, because we have implemented HACCP and ISO 9001 Quality Systems to ensure safe products with high standards of quality.

Quality: The Quality Department of Miski Corporation issues a quality certificate for each shipment that details the results of the microbiological and physicalchemical analysis of the exported lot, and as requested by the customer. The analysis of pesticides, lead and cadmium are carried out on the raw materials through the validation of the suppliers.
