We have a wide range of sizes available. These warm water tails are from saltwater not freshwater and are individually dry packed. We only use #1 Grade product with minimal glazing (to protect the product). We have a continuous ongoing supply of this competitive lobster specie.
Haitian tails are similar in flavour and texture to Bahamian Lobster & Cuban Lobster tails as they are from the identical environment, however, the Haitian product is a more competitively priced option. PRODUCT IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
