OUR COMMITMENT:
1) We have our own brand - " 888". This brand is registered in India. Find attached the picture of our brand carton.
2) For our brand, we make the production in front of our QC, who is having experience of more than 25 years in the meat industry as a proffesional butcher.
3) For our brand, the animal selected is heavy animals.
4) Our QC, ensures that all the cuts, are of zero fat. Only red meat, keeping intact the membrane for the same.
5) Our plant is fully integrated slaughter house, with online slaughtering, chilling room, blast freezers, plate freezers and 600MT of cold store.
6) All animal slaughtered, the Carcass will be kept in the chiller room at 5 degree for minimum 14 hours, to kill all the bacteria and to get the PH level to minimum as per the International Industry Requirement. After deboning the stocks will be kept in blast freezers where the temperature will be maintined at - 40 degrees.
7) Packing material and outside cartons is of superior quality.
