We are a trading company that collaborate with three different slaughterhouses: two are in Italy and one is located in Hungary.

 

We can guarantee high quality on regular basis of

 

male calves

age between 6 and 15 months

weight around 280 kgs each

fresh half carcasses, NOT frozen

 

Out of the two Italian plants we can guarantee 100% quality.

 

The prices out from the Italian plants are between 4.90 and 5.60 €/kg

 

BUT please let us know , in any case, which is the commercial classification (musculature and fat) of the Meat you are looking for

 

For the Hungarian plant we can guarantee a lower price but also a lower meat quality and not 100% this specific weight and age of calves.

 

In any case we are present during the slaughtering to ensure the best issue of the deal.
