We are looking for frozen halal a grade whole chicken without neck, feets and giblets.
The chicken should be well cleaned. There should not be any feathers left over on the chicken neither there should be any blood stains on the chciken. The chciken should be cleaned from inside that is the blood should be completely removed from inside and the giblets should be removed completely. There should not be any left over inside the chicken.
The moisture contents should not be more than 2%. A grade means thatthe chicken should have no broken wings, legs or any bruses or cuts on the chicken
Packing: Each pice to be packen indivisually in a printed polybag and then ten pieces of same size in a strong export carton. The carton should bea 5 ply virgin material and it should be shrink wrapped. Each carton will have a lable on each side of the carton will all the details(total two lable on each carton). We will give the details of printing on lable, cartons and polybags.
Sizes assortment: Sizes required are from 1000 grams to 1200 grams.
