HALAL COW'S CHEESES
These HALAL CERTIFIED cheeses are obtained from raw Alpine cow milk:
contain a special vegetable rennet made from dried flowers of thistle
(Cynara Cardunculus) and are preserved in vinegar.
This composition has allowed these dairy productst , produced for the
first time in Italy, to obtain Halal Certificate, thereby allowing these
products be consumed by Muslim customers.
One of these cheeses, the Gran Kinara, is the only in the world that
does not contain lactose and unique in the word to have a long 12 month
maturation .
HALAL CURED MUTTON SAUSAGE
This cured dry sausage is made from Mutton Meat Halal Certified.
The meat is processed as per an ancient Italian typical recipe and
allowed to dry and let age for about 30 days.
This product is very handy and ready to be put on the table as an
appetizer accompanied with typical Sardinia Carasau bread.
HALAL COW'S BUTTER
The creams obtained by centrifugal processing our precious Piedmont
milk (which we produce or collect directly) are left to rest for 72
hours before becoming “Butter 1889”.
By this unique process they are transformed to the amazingly tasty 100
gr and 200 gr bricks.
The superior quality of the raw material and a controlled processing
phases guarantees the high quality of this butter, which has recently
been certified Halal, necessary and required to be consumed by Muslim
customers.
Butter 1889 has been selected by over one hundred gourmet experts, as
well as by domestic households and master chefs.
