Typical pasta
Since many years ago, pasta prepared with wheat durum has always been appreciated for its healthy, therapeutic, nutritional and good wish, property. The simple productive process has been passed on preserving the specificity of the shape, that emphasize the difference from which the diverse combination originated and become object of delicious typical recipes.
The characteristic shape are still realized with artesian techniques, utilizing exclusively durum wheat, kneaded with hot water and a pinch of salt, extensively labored in order to obtain a smooth dough, and finally after been molded dried naturally.
