Pickle fish Seasoning is a special Sichuan flavor loved by customers. The super-concentrated seasoning made by us presents fragrance of pickles, salty, fresh, sour and spicy tastes, fish meat made with the seasoning tastes unique. This seasoning is superior for family and restaurant.

 

Ingredients: Pickle, Green, grocery, vegetable Oil, Salt, Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Fermented Glutinous Rice, Distilled Spirit Suger, Fresh Essence Ferment

 

Cooking direction:

1. Clean and cut about 1kg fish into slices or lumps, mix well with the fish salting flavoring(20g) and cook wine(10g) or a little white spirit, it is ready to use in 10 minutes.

2. Pour about 0.8kg water or bone soup(better just cover the fish slices) and a bag of the seasoning into the pot.

3. Cook till it boils, then add the prepared fish slices or lumps and cook around 3-5 minutes.

4. Sprinkle the shallot on it (the amount of the shallot according to your favor) and you can serve it.
