Hass VARIETY Avocados

It is the fruit of Persea americana Mills, with a rough, waxy textured skin, giving this uniformed quality all over the surface. Its between oval and pear shaped. Its characteristic coloring goes from matt green to black. Its pulp is a yellowy green, soft and without fiber (a kind of butter).

México is the largest producer of Hass Avocados in the World, the state of Michoacan is the one with the largest area for this fruits cultivation with more than 85,709.32 hectares used for production and growth, distributed throughout a neo-volcanic region.

The agricultural climatic conditions through the year allow the production of between 800 thousand and a million tons.

Its one of the few fruits produced all year round.
