Shelled hazelnut
They are separated as three groups.
1) Shelled chubby hazelnut
Its calibres' is equal to its heights, its shape is rounded and shelled.
2) Shelled pointed hazelnut
Its height is a little over from its calibre and its edge is pointed shelled hazelnut.
3) Other shelled hazelnut
They are shelled hazelnuts except from chubby and pointed shelled hazelnuts.
Shelled hazelnuts sizes :
Extra large, above 18mm.
Large, above 16 mm.
Medium, between sizes of 13 and 16 mm. .
Small (thin), below 13 mm.
Unsized (natural) according to products' size, they are on their natural sizes.
