With experienced and high qualification employees of the laboratory on the basis of thorough physical, chemical and microbiological analyses carry out constant, strict and effective control over the quality of product according to the requirements of the standards at all stages of its preparation and implementation of purchase of raw materials and primary processing; reception of semi-end products to the warehouse of the head of the enterprise and transfer them to the final cycle of production; production, transfer to the warehouse, storage and shipping to buyers of end products.
The laboratory also carries out the constant control over sanitary - hygienic condition of the equipments, manufacturing, warehouse and auxiliary premises, as well as the enforcement of the relevant regulations and requirements of all the workers in the field of production, storage, packing and shipment of the products.
