1.1 Testing Objective: Healthin Life Preservation Tee. Soaked with boiling water for 30 minutes and condense the tea to 1g/ml by lowering the pressure.
1.2 Testing Animal: 65 female white mouses of Kuming origin with weight ranging from 22.7g to 3.8g (provided by Sichuan Bio Products Research Institute Animal Testing Center). Firstly, raise the mouse for about one week to let them adapt to the environment, then divided them into 3 major groups--the group fed with healthin tea, the group for ageing comparasion and the group for normal feeding . Among which, the group fed with healthin tea will be subdivided into 3 groups according to varying tea content of 1.7ml/kg, 3.3ml/kg and 5.0ml/kg(equivalent to 10 times, 20 times and 30 times of suggested taking amount for human beings). 13 mouses for each group
