It is one of Japanese traditional style to drink hot sake. Hot sake is more flavorful.
We used special yeast to brew this sake and make it suitable to drink with heated.
We recommend to heat this sake up to 40C - 45C.
Dai Ginjo Nagomi Kutsurogu 1.8 liter bottle and a wodden, box-liked cup called "masu".
