WORK PRINCIPLE:

 

S49 vibrating screen around its center of gravity to vibration.

Vibrating source come from center axis, which balance between upper counterweight and lower counterweight!

Rotating upper counterweight, can produce vibrations in the horizontal level, making the material move from middle to the edge.

Lower counterweight is the role of making the machine tilted, causing the vertical vibration and normal section.

The advance angle between upper counterweight and lower counterweight supply the spiral motion shape on mesh cloth.

The operator can set the speed of the material through the screen and a spiral shape, in order to provide maximum capacity and efficiency of screening material.

Wet or dry material, light or weight material, coarse or fine material can be solved through our vibrating screen.
