Our ginger is grown in our country.
The ginger serves a variety of usages and utilized to make confection, bakery spicy and liqueurs.
As present, our fresh ginger is mature, the skin of ginger have brown color. The flesh is yellow. The fresh ginger have many spicy and fresh fragrance.
The dried ginger is used spices, tea herbal, medicine,etc.
The specification of dried slices ginger as follow:
- Product name: dried ginger
- Origin :Vietnam.
- Type: whole ginger, slices ginger.
- Quality standard: clean, free of insect, no pesticide residue.
- Moisture: 12% max
- Impurities: 0.1% max
- Quality: As export stardard,
- Shelf life : 12 months
- Color: natural brown.
- Packing : 25kg/ PE/PP or as customer request.
- Color: natural brown
- Minimum quality : 1 container 20 feet.
- Delivery time: Within 15 days ( after we received deposit from customer or L/C origin).
- Payment term : 100 % L/C at sign or T/T (30/70)
- Storages : dry place and cool.
- Supply Ability: 100 tons/months.
