Herbal tea peppermint is one of the most popular ones because of its numerous beneficial qualities. It has refreshing effect, stimulates blood circulation and helps with gastric malaise, muscle tension and colds.

3. Product usage:

Pour 200-220 ml hot water in a cup of tea (with a teabag in it) and brew for 3-5 min.
