Working processing detailed

      mixed by dough mixer,the dough will be poured automatically to cutting and feeding conveyor,then be cut to small pieces,conveyered to feeder or laminator.the cutting size can be controlled by adjusting the speed of cutting knife,through laminator's three sets of Dough Sheeting and overlapping forming as multi layer smooth dough sheet then sending them two rolls sheeter,after overlapping,the quality of biscuit will be more perfect,go through 3 sets of two roller sheets,the dough will be sheeted into required thickness,go through rotary cutter machine ,the biscuit's shape size and designed are formed in one time,when passing separate machine ,the formed biscuit are sperated with scraps,the formed biscuits pass the transition machine enter oven machine,then enter into oven .the scraps are recycled by scrap return system.after go through the baking oven ,dough pieces become appetizing products.out -oven ,then conveys the baked biscuit to cooling converyor.
