Mix this product with flour,the ratio of yeast and flour is 0.5%-1%.

When use sugar-low yeast,the sugar content of flour should be less than 8%.
When use sugar-high yeast,the sugar content of flour should be more than 8%.

Make into a dough ,and the dough should be kept in 30 degrees condition.After the dough fermented then do shape.Let the dough put aside for 10-15min,then put it into steamer or oven .

Our yeast can be added directly to the mixer by mixing it dry with the flour or by sprinkling it on top of dough when mixing begins.
