High efficiency fluid-bed Dryer drying machine drying equipment

 

1 . Working principle :   

 

This kind drying machines is suitable for drying powder/granules in pharmaceutical, chemical and foodstuff industry.

The principle of action is based on: Put the powder material into the fluid bed. The cold air is drawn into the fluid bed through the pre, middle and final Filters(HEPA) and heated to the desired temperature by the heater, then passes through the net plateon the bottom ofdrying chamber, thusthe material is fluidized in the drying chamber regularly via stir oar in subpressure condition. So the moisture in material will evaporated quickly and drawn out by the fan.

 

 

  2. Main feature of this drying equipment :

 

  1) Fluid bed as airtight round structure, to avoid dead angle, easy to clean, no cross contamination, reach GMP standard.

 

2) With stir oar in fluid bed, avoid material agglomeration.

 

3) Drying fastly in steady temperature, drying time for every batch about 15-45 minutes.

 

4) Bag filter system, include left and right bag filter, remove dust alternately, reach a high-efficiency effect for removing dust.

 

5) Refer to user requirement, can do the PLC control system for touch screen operating.

 

 

3. Structure characteristic

 

1) Main machine :It is made of Bottom inlet air chamber ,fluidized chamber, bag filter chamber.

 

2) Air filter :It is made of primary and middle filter and HEPA.

 

3) Air heater:Inlet temperature is setting and automatic control. temperature fluctuation range is ±5°C ensure operation performance stable.

 

4) Exhaust system:It is made of exhaust duct,draught fan and silencer. Separated draught fan and main machine installation,noise ≤80 decibel,manual operation wind volume; Continue adjust fluidized state,so this kind of machine suit big range of raw material,It is also suit different raw materials’air quantity demands.
