Millers Group is able to do it because it applies quality and attribute controls by means of Brabender, Perten and Chopin equipment.
This enables us to satisfy virtually all requirements regarding the rheological properties of our products.
By evaluating produced flours to a number of standard testing procedures we can make sure they exhibit the tenacity, extensibility and estability values that every customer needs.
