Dextrose anhydrate BP/USP
Dextrose anhydrate is D-glucose crystallized with a water molecule. It is glucose of vegetable origin. Obtained through enzymatic hydrolysis of Corn Starch (not genetically manipulated, absence of GMO). Its Sweetener powder (in 10%m/m solution) is equivalent to the 75% of the sucrose.
1) Appearance: White, crystalline powder, with sweet taste, freely soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol.
2) Specific optical rotation: +52.6~53.2
3) Acidity: Titrated with 0.2ml 0.02mol/L NaOH, show pink
4) Apprearance of solution: Clear, odorless
