PAPRICA, GROUND SESAME, ONION POWDER, SOY SAUCE POWDER(WHEAT),
SOYBEAN CHILI PASTE POWDER(RED PEPPER, SOYBEAN, SALT, RICE),
TOCOPHEROLS.

Seasoned Seared Bonito
Ingredients (serves two):
• Bonito 1/2 fillet
• Leaf lettuce 3-4 leaves
• Onion 1/4 onion
• Green spring onions 3 stalks
• Seasoned Chili Oil 1 tbsp
• Tsuyu dipping sauce 30 ml
• Vinegar 1 tbsp
Instructions
1) Hand-shred the lettuce and spread it in a bowl;
line it with 1 cm chunks of minced bonito.
2) Mix the tsuyu and vinegar, and pour it over 1); sprinkle on some thinly-sliced onion
rinsed in water and bite-sized pieces of green spring onion,
and dress with the Seasoned Chili Oil.
Tofu Salad
Ingredients (serves four):
• Soft tofu 1 block (about 300 g)
• Lettuce leaves 2 large leaves
• Salad spinach 40 g
• bell pepper 1/4 pepper
• Onion 1/8 of a small onion
• Cucumber 1/2 cucumber
• Celery 1/4 stalk
• A (2 tbsp of Seasoned Chili Oil, 1 1/2 tbsp each of soy sauce and vinegar, 1 tsp of sugar)
1. Shred the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spinach to 3 cm in length.
Thinly slice the other vegetables, soak them in cold water until crisp,
then drain and place them in the bowl.
2. Break up the tofu over 1., layering it on top, then pour on mixture A.
Spicy Oil Soba
Ingredients (serve four):
• Chinese Noodles 4 portions
• Char siu pork 400 g
• Green onion 1/2 stalk
• A (6 tbsp of Seasoned Chili Oil, 5 tbsp of soy sauce, 3 tbsp of vinegar, 1/2 tbsp of sugar)
1. Chop the pork finely, thinly slice the green onion diagonally and
let soak in cold water for about 5 minutes, then drain.
2. Blend A in a bowl.
3. Boil plenty of hot water, and cook the noodles while loosening them.
When the cooking time is reached, strain them and drain well,
then pour them into the bowl for 2. and mix quickly. Serve into a dish.
4. Pour 1. over the top and stir.
