Product Method: There are two kinds of method of preparation of L- proline. One is the direct fermentation, using glucose and Brevibacterium Glutamicum mutant or wild-type strain, fermentation to obtain L- proline; two is the chemical synthesis, glutamic acid as raw materials by esterification of anhydrous ethanol, and sulfuric acid as catalyst, adding triethanolamine amino sulfate free, to glutamate - δ - ethyl ester. Metal reducing agent and potassium borohydride reduction of glutamate - δ - ethyl ester, to proline crude product, and finally to the separation and purification of available crude proline.
