Rice Syrup Description:

Rice Syrup is a mixture of sugar syrup which consists of glucose and fructose. It is made from rice starch which was first saccharified into glucose with amylase, then part of glucose was converted into fructose with isomerase. It could totally replace the usage of sucrose.

It is mainly used in different kinds of beverages, such as SODAS, Fruit Juice, Ice cream, Yoghurt, in different alcohols. Besides, it could also be used in preserved fruit, preserves, tin and jams
