What is Rhodiola Extract?

Rhodiola extract is crude mixtures of compounds extracted from root of rhodiola with the medicinal properties and the history of traditional use. In another words, rhodiola extract is a concentrated mixtures made by extracting (or ''pulling'') rhodiola's chemical constituents out of the inert plant Fiber (cellulose) with a solution of grain alcohol and water. Rhodiola extract is made from the root of rhodiola rosea, a plant in the Crassulaceae family native to Siberia and other arctic and sub- arctic regions of the world. Traditional Use and Activity

Rhodiola extract is used for increasing energy, stamina, strength and mental capacity; and as a so-called “adaptogen” to help the body adapt to and resist physical, chemical, and environmental stress.
