High accuracy and versatil machines

 

The machine can be set as your choice with a gravity head pumps type for dosing liquid and soft dough product or set with a unique universal head pumps system for put any kind of dough ( Hard or soft dough ) into the tremy .

Those models are set in 400mm large (standard) of tray or other size under request.

(ex: US= 450/460mm or also 600 mm large)

 

The options of the machine

It can be equipped with the option of rotation socket system (RD) for make Biscuit with a twisted shape effect or off-centre Biscuits such as "Paris Brest" for example and the wire cut extrusion system (CF) for make American cookies, Sables, or any hard dough biscuits with special forms.

 

All speed of motors can be set from the colour 8" touch screen (Omron) (best industrial component brands from Japan) with a very high accuracy of setting .

Motors and worm gears from Italy (brand Motovario)

Speed of pumps, vacuum and time control are handle by the touch screen, PLC and inverters (Brands Omron and Yaskawa )

Speed of stroke, working direction way, position of deposit in the tray with independent of adjustment of each range. (Convenient for module or sylpan mould)

Detection of tray by adjustable positioning sensors shield IP64

The interface is very easy to understand and available in many languages.

For reassuring our customers we have developed into our software an helping checkup section in the way to analyse an eventual brake down of components with provided solution for solve and fix.

Build in all of our model an automatic detection of tool type of the pumps system. (No manual adjustment are required to the user when changing tool type)

The machine is made of stainless steel and aluminium parts and the conveyor can be wash with direct water whitout any risk of elecric damage.

+ 2 complete standard boards with 4 and 6 output.

+ 2 set of socket smooth output. (4x big Ø and 6x small Ø)

+ 1 board of 4 or 5 output for wire cut system with a simple design (square or circle or similar)

+ 1 board of 4 output (400 mm tray) for rotation socket system with 1 set of "off-centered base of socket" + "sockets" (RD type)

Production speed reach the maximum acceptable speed for the dough: (about 40 strokes per minute)

(Depend density, type of dough and kind of biscuit)

Calcul of the production capacity : (based on a maximum speed and small size of soft dough product)

Example: 40 strokes x 6 output (board)= 240 biscuits per minute

Capable of ultra long production work. (No stop)

Those models are compatible with industrial production or medium production of bakery labs.

For produce until 100,000 pcs up a day.

Hopper capacity ( Tremy ): about 30L with automatic lowering of the hopper for refil.

Head pumps and hopper are easily separable for a quick washing process.

Designed in the way to have an ultra low weight for the advantage of the transport cost. (About 250Kg to 300Kg only depending model, options and size of the customer tray)

The machine are compact for reduce the volume in the package and place it takes in the laboratory.

The machines comply with the safety and hygiene norms of EU.

Material in food contact are Food Grade certify.

We can add as option of equipment some standard tools or design special one under request.
