We are appreciated your cooperation very much, and we are happy to inform you that the highest-quality grain alcohol of the LUX type such as Clear vodka and Flavoured Vodka in total net volume of 100,000Litres (for order of 4 tank ctnrs) are to be shipped from Manufacturer's warehouse in the Lithuania monthly from October. Therefore we are pleased with your fist trial order for 1 tank ctnr and we will be ready to ship 25,000Litres from our warehouse in the port of Klaipeda, Lithuania as you inquired.

Total Quantity: Your purchase order will be 1X20' tank FLC = 1X25,000Litres = 25,000Litres (+/-10%).

Package: Bulk pack in ISO tank container (25,000Litres net volume).

Shipment: 1X20' tank FLC per each week or 4X20' tank FLCs per each month from July, 2010.

Supply Ability: 48X20' tank FLCs per year (i.e. 4X20' tank FLCs per each month) (+/-10%).

Time of Shipment: Shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt of acceptance advise on the L/C through Beneficiary's Bank.

Prices: If you book this quantity, we offer:

(a) for Medium at price of USD 0.80/Litre FOB Klaipeda, Lithuania.

(b) for Premium at price of USD 0.95/Litre FOB Klaipeda, Lithuania.

(c) for Ultra Premium at price of USD 1.05/Litre FOB Klaipeda, Lithuania.

Port of Loading: Klaipeda, LT.

Delivery Date: Date of the Bill of Lading, issued in favor of the Buyer, shall be considered as the date of delivery.

Payment Terms: Through irrevocable confirmed, and divisible L/C at sight.

NB:

1. L/Cs:

(a) for Medium - a L/C for USD 20,000.- (+/-10%).

(b) for Premium - a L/C for USD 23,750.- (+/-10%).

(c) for Ultra Premium - a L/C for USD 26,250.- (+/-10%).

2. Date of Expiry: 14 + 30 days from the date of receipt of acceptance advise on the L/C through Beneficiary's Bank. Place of Expiry: Lithuania.

3. Available with AB SEB Bankas, Vilnius, Lithuania, SWIFT: CBVI LT 2X.

4. Buyer represents to Seller a preliminary advice of the issuance of a L/C or amendment ('pre-advice') for Seller’s acceptance.

5. SGS inspection before shipment available.
