Characteristic Chinese sauce valued for the unique combination of sweet and hot flavour. Thick, reddish-brown with the scent of garlic. Serve as an addition to roasted and cooked dishes, mainly pork, Poultry and seafood. Also used as a main ingredient in lots of Chinese sauces for meat.
Way of use: Add to dishes during preparation.
