Procedure: Beat the butter and the icing sugar slightly. Mix the Fresh cream and Comelle together blend well at least for 20-25 minutes until it is smooth and shiny. Place the 2 packs of Marie biscuits in a 7x7 pan. Fill in the base of the pan completely. Take one cup of water and add the coffee to it, wait for a boil then cool it. When it has cooled add 3 tbsps of Comelle. Pour the coffee syrup over the biscuit layer and then pour the mixture of cream and Comelle over it. Then again give a layer of the biscuits then add the coffee syrup and cream again. Then refrigerate it.
Then take 100 gm. fresh cream, add 150 gm of chocolate blend them well and place it on low heat. Wait until it cools then pour it over the biscuits.
