At African Commodities Exchange, we pride ourselves at being your best source of African honey from Kenya and Africa in general. We only source our bananas from the best farmers and farmer associations to guarantee both quality and ability to supply any banana quantities.
Bee Keeping in Kenya is primarily done by small scale farmers and Kenyan farmers associations. This means that honey from Kenya is of the purest levels since there are minimal pesticides and chemicals used in bee keeping and honey processing. The use of traditional methods of bee keeping makes this possible.
Some of the purest types of honey that farmers affiliated to African Fine Commodities Exchange include Light Amber (Acacia), Mid Amber (Blossom) and Dark Amber
(Highland).
African Fine Commodities Exchange will rely on the services of the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) for product testing and quality assurance before they are exported to our Kenya banana partners.
KEBS modern laboratories are accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) under certificate number 2330. The scope of accreditation covers 100 test procedures across all laboratories. Click here to visit KEBS website for more details.
