HONEY
It is a product of Nature which does not take any procession. Plays a great deal of role in metabolism and nourish, in the components of bones and cells, regulates the acidity of the stomach, has antiseptic properties, is a tonic, helps to restore health faster and has antimicrobial activity. The attributes of honey is the aroma and taste. The color of honey is characteristic of its origin and is considered one of the main criteria that affect the quality of consumer preference. The dark-colored honey is rich in minerals and therefore have high nutritional value while the pale-colored honey have a nice color and flavor.
The honey produced is divided into two major categories:
flower honey, produced from the nectar of flowers (thyme, orange, cotton, sunflower, heather, etc.), and honey from honeydew produced by scale insects secretions that suck plants. In this category belong pine honey, fir honey and honey from other forest plants.
POLLEN
Is the product collected by bees from flowers. It is the richest in protein natural food , vitamins, essential amino acids, hormones, enzymes and other useful ingredients in our diet. Used in pharmaceutical industry, cosmetic industry, human nutrition and domestic animals nutrition, in the construction of pollen substitutes to feed bees, in various investigations for allergies, in plant breeding programs and the pollination of fruits and vegetables.
Royal Jelly
Produced in the sub-pharyngeal glands of young female workers, is white as milk, creamy, strongly acidic, with a peculiar odor and sour taste. It is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. It also contains various fatty acids such as hydroxy fatty acids, dicarboxylic acids or simple fatty acids which are responsible for most of the biological properties royal jelly has. Some of its beneficial effects are on the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, reduce blood pressure, treatment of chronic constipation, antiseptic and germicidal properties, strengthening the capacity of the organization and resistance to disease. Also, used to treat renal failure, containing sexual hormones that help men improve their sex life and increase muscle strength, helps to lactation after birth for women and to prevent skin vasculature. Generally, royal jelly improves mood, increases the ability to work and the appetite and helps to gain more mental and physical strength.
Propolis
Resinous adhesive material which is collected by bees from various plants, they rich it with wax, pollen, enzymes and other substances and use it to seal and disinfect the inside of their nest. The color of propolis depends on the plant of origin. It has various medicinal and therapeutic properties. Used in cosmetics and as an antimicrobial. Strengthens capillaries, fights respiratory failure, inhibits the growth of malignant melanoma and malignant cells (cancer), antidiabetic too.
