Honey mountain high-quality (polyflora), obtained from nectars of different floral plants, growing at an altitude of 2,200 meters above sea level. The highest quality of mountain honey is due to the harsh conditions of the highlands, when for survival during a long cold winter, bees produce honey with a unique concentration of biologically active substances. Medosbor passes when blossoms such as the maral root, acacia, lefthia safflower, rhodiola rosea, bruise, hawthorn, Kuril tea, bird cherry, honeysuckle, zizifora, labaznik, protein, goldenrod, phacelia, oregano. The unique taste and aroma of Mountain honey vary considerably depending on the time and place of collection of honey. For the first "spring" collection of honey, the color is light lemon, white or milky. The second collection is more yellow, maybe with a greenish tinge. And the darker honey of the third and subsequent rolls absorbs the healing properties of the late Medonos.
